Directions
Heat for approximately 1 ½ to 2 minutes in the microwave, taking care not to overheat. Adjust heating times depending on your microwave and heat preference.
To use as a cold pack, simply place in a freezer safe container for 30 – 60 minutes.
CAUTION: Wheat is flammable when heated for too long. Microwave in 20-30 second bursts and do not heat unattended.
Do not overheat and always place a mug of water in the microwave to avoid wheat drying out or burning.
