Shipping policy
We ship all packages for a flat fee of $10.95 Australia wide. Orders over $100 attract free shipping.
New Zealand delivery is $21 up to 2kg. Order over $150 attract free shipping.
moss and pear don't currently deliver to other countries at this time, but we are committed to introducing this service very soon.
We use Australia Post or TransDirect to deliver your parcel as they have introduced carbon neutral parcel deliveries and are committed to delivering better environmental outcomes.
Delivery Times
Orders can take 1-3 business days to process. Shipping is from our location in Sydney and all delivery times are approximate.
New South Wales:
- Metro - up to 2 business days
- Country - up to 5 business days
All other states and territories:
- Metro - up to 3-8 business days
- Country - up to 10 business days
New Zealand:
- 7-12 business days
Packaging
All packaging is plastic free. We use recycled, sustainable boxes sourced from Australia. The sustainable packing filler may vary from parcel to parcel as we re-use what we can. All boxes are sealed with gummed brown paper tape which is plastic free and environmentally friendly.
