Directions
To heat, place in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes. Heat in 30 second bursts to avoid overheating.
To cool, place in a freezer proof container and leave for 30 - 60 minutes.
CAUTION: Wheat is flammable when heated for too long. Microwave in 20-30 second bursts and do not heat unattended.
Do not overheat and always place a mug of water in the microwave to avoid wheat drying out or burning.
